Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped to our clinic and are generally ready for pick up within three to four business days. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick-up. All packages must be picked up within 14 days of arrival or a shelving fee of $1 per day may apply. Please inspect your order the day you receive it.

All food products are 100% guaranteed by our partner food companies and can ONLY be returned for the following reasons. 

1. PALABILITY REFUSAL- when a pet refuses to eat food because they find it unappealing. 
2. SAFETY- if a bag is opened or the product is defective. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN. IF NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THE ITEM WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED/RETURNED.
